Do I need to prepare for a treatment?

The most usual way to receive a SourceSTAR treatment is while lying down on a suitable couch, but it can also be given while seated in a chair or wheelchair. Although SourceSTAR, as with Reiki can involve the laying on of hands, this is never intrusive, and you remain fully clothed. You will be asked if you wish to share your intention, i.e. what you would like the therapy to achieve, but you may also keep this private.
